How bulletproof glass is made

   Bulletproof glass is also a kind of laminated glass, but the thickness and structure are different. Traditional bulletproof glass is made of alternately laminated glass and polyvinyl butyral film(PVB). The new type of bulletproof glass uses a material with better toughness--polycarbonate. The process of making bulletproof glass is simple but rigorous. The glass and polyvinyl butyral film are interlaced and bonded and then vacuum treated. Put it in an autoclave at a temperature of up to 150℃ and adjust the pressure to the 13-14 times normal atmospheric pressure. Make glass and plastic bond more closely.
