How bulletproof glass is made

Bulletproof glass is composed of various bulletproof materials, such as glass fiber, PVB film, polycarbonate and acrylic. The glass is cleaned after the size is cut, so that the PVB film can better fit the glass during the lamination step. It takes 3-4 hours of autoclave high temperature treatment to get bulletproof glass. But even with such a tight process, the glass still can be damaged.
