Smart glass is a laminated material, based on the PDLC film sandwiched between two original pieces of glass. In order to make smart glass, it is necessary to clean the glass first, then build it according to the custom size, and sandwich the PDLC film between the glass. This is because smart glass is a customized product, and the size is customized starting from glass cutting. In the second step, after the lamination is completed, the glass needs to be put into a vacuum furnace to extract air so that no bubbles are generated on the inner surface of the glass. The third step is to enter the autoclave and adjust to a suitable temperature. After 3 hours, the finished smart glass will be obtained. The last and most critical step is that each piece of smart glass must be powered-on and tested before it leaves the factory. This is the final check and acceptance procedure for the product.
