There are many types of special glass. Since glass is a customized material, a variety of material types can be produced through the combination of different processes; the performance and functions of the original structure can be improved or changed.

Special glass can not only be called a combination of materials, but also special transparent glass materials made by special processes, such as patterned glass, non-slip glass, refrigerator glass, etc.

Glass production process

The glass production process is as follows: 

Laminating process: safer glass formed by laminating multiple pieces of glass; such as bulletproof glass, dimming glass, laminated glass, guardrail glass, etc.; 

Tempering process: After the glass is physically tempered at high temperature, the safety of the glass is improved, and the surface stress is increased by 5 to 6 times, thereby improving the application safety of transparent materials; 

Curved hot bending process: By changing the shape of the original flat glass, it is suitable for more scenes, such as elevator guardrails or circular corridors. 

Hollow process: The structure of hollow glass is to separate two or more pieces of glass by a hollow layer by adding a hollow structure; 

Silk screen: refers to the formation of black frame/graphics in other colors after high temperature screen printing on the glass surface. 

Baking paint: glass and paint are integrated into the glass after high temperature to form colored glass with low light transmittance 

Embossing: The surface texture of the glass of the watch, which forms a specific pattern on the surface of the glass after high temperature
